Question by Jason from CALI: Where is the cheapest place to live?
I’m not concerned about location. Just want to buy a livable home with electricity and water. Where is the cheapest possible place to live? Also It would need to be up to code and not needing extensive remodeling/construction costs.
Answer by Ŀëммϊ 😉 ωϊηκﯤ I’ve heard Texas is super cheap.
I live in Idaho and it’s crazy cheap. Seriously. And you would love it. All the Californians sell their littly tiny houses for $ 400K and buy mansions here.
But I’m not rich and we are buying a 2037 sq. ft. home right now for only $ 770/month(The bank just lowered the price $ 12000 after the appraisal came in low). This is a newer home that was built in 2007
Question by : Where in new york is it cheap to live at?
I plan on moving as soon as i graduate culinary school. I need a cheap place to live for a short time based on my savings that are accumulating. Im up to around seven thousand but just want that to last a few months out there till i get a job. Anyone can help?
Answer by LJ Do you mean just in New York City, or anywhere in New York State?
There are no cheap places to live in New York City. Everything is expensive.
In the rest of New York State, the farther you are from New York City, the cheaper it is.
